Alison Doody

Alison Doody has been an Irish model and actor since November 11, 1996. Following her small debut part as an archaeologist Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, 1989's Elsa Schneider - a Nazi-sympathizing character in A View to a Kill (Bond film 1985) and then went on to play the Nazisympathizing Elsa Schneider. Siobhan is in A Prayer for the Dying, Charlotte in Taffin and Rebecca Flannery Major League II. Doody started modelling when she was approached. The result was that it turned out to be a lucrative career. Doody was averse to glamour and nude modeling, which that she incorporated into her acting. Doody was offered a tiny part as Jenny Flex for 1985's A View to a Kill following the fact that she was noticed by the director who cast her. Her most notable performance to date was her role as Austrian Nazi sympathiser as well as archaeologist Dr. Elsa Schneider opposite Harrison Ford in the 1989 film Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Doody is a member of the James Bond family, having acted along with Sean Connery and Jonathan Pryce in the film Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade. She played alongside Patrick Swayze in a 2004 TV movie adaptation from King Solomon's Mines and also was a part of a short titled Benjamin's Struggle (2005) a pamphlet on the Holocaust and also in the British TV show Waking the Dead (in a two-part episode named. Doody filmed a role in Danny Dyer's 2010 film The Rapture. The Clinic, a medical drama, aired on RTE. The Asphyx was the remake she made in 2011. Her first two seasons of Beaver Falls, the E4 comedy Beaver Falls in 2011 as Pam Jefferson. She starred in We Still Kill the Old Way in 2014, a documentary. In November of 2018, she was awarded by the Almeria tierra de cine award as well as an award in the Almeria Walk of Fame.
